Baby has new shoes!

3 Attachment(s)
After years of watching my wife buy closets full of shoes, I decided to treat myself to a pair. Size 17x9 to be exact. I need to get a little more negative camber and get the front down a hair, but it's pretty close. No rubbing and no spacers needed.

Eww, just noticed that it looks like it sticks out more in front than it actually does. It actually tucks fairly well, especially compared to the last 17x9's I had.

That really does look great Steve! All that measuring paid off!

You can never go wrong with Enkei RPF1's. Looking really good!

Very nice, Steve! What offset did you go with? I have RP-F1's in 17x8.5 at 30 offset and I had to notch (grind) my front struts to get 2 degrees negative camber in the front.

Very nice! What's the offset? Also what finish is that?

45 in the front, 35 in the back, 17x9's all around. I was planning on doing a staggered setup with 17x10's in the back and 17x8's in the front, but I would've had to do MAJOR surgery to get the rears to fit.

I did have to notch the rear lower control arms like a few others have done, but that was simple.

I've got the eccentric front bolts for camber, but it's not enough, they are at about 0 right now. I need camber plates.

Not too surprisingly, against everything I've read, there are no clearance issues with regular Koni shocks and Eibach springs, coilovers are definitely not needed.

See above.

Silver. I'm planning on bringing them to Powderkeg this winter to go bronze.

What size tires are on it?

255/40/17. I probably could've gone with 245's to tuck a little better, but I wanted as much rubber on the road as possible.

Before you go bronze, you should come over so I can swap em onto my car just to see how they'd look :)
