Anyone looking for a place to rent?
 

My roomate's moving out so I'm looking for a replacement. Don't have a definite timetable yet but I'm guessing it'll be in the next couple months here so figured I'd start to see if anyone's interested.

Details:
- 2 BR, 2.5 BA townhouse
- 1,600 sq. ft.
- Located in Apple Valley, a few blocks directly behind Home Depot (near Cedar and 42)
- You'll have your own bedroom, bathroom, and upstairs living room (no shared walls with me either!)
- Small backyard with patio, grill and fire pit
- Quiet and trouble-free neighborhood
- Rent: $550/mo + half of utilities (average $110 for electric, gas, DirecTV, wi-fi)
- I may be willing to extend a garage spot as well

Everything's negotiable but that's what my current roommate's paying.

Lol, yes? I already are looking to get a townhome with jungy. Ptherwise this would of worked out for 6 or so months til the girl got home.

We can talk about it. I can work with you though. I have my two cars in there now but in the summer I don't see an issue as I can park my daily outside. In the winter I can store the 'vette at my parents or my girl's house so I can park my daily in the garage.

Just don't steal my car parts haha.

Really I need a place sooner,but we can work something out. I have cash to put down. I am moving out of where I am at May 1st. Also I can find a place for a month untill this is available. I have the gsx,92 300zx,58 chrysler saratoga,and probably a rental too lmao. IDK what to do with all my vehicles...and I broke my phone so plz call/text this number 612-432-8107 Thanks Matt
