Re: no spark-no fuel

Did you check all your fuses? That should be your first step.

Is the check engine light on?

On the 2g, crank signal fires the coil pack for spark, cam signal fires the injectors and gives power to the pump.

There is a bunch of different things it could be. Power transistor (black skinny square box by the coil pack), Cam sensor, Crank sensor, MFI relay (under the dash on the passenger side of the center console).

Easiest way to figure whats going on is with a scan tool to make sure the cam and crank sensor are giving the ECU a signal. Also could have a buddy try to start the car while you test for power at the fuel pump.

When you turn the key on does the check engine light come on fir a second then then go off?

If it doesn't you need an ecu.

it comes on for like six sec. then turns off

Re: no spark-no fuel

So ruled that out. Check you relay located under the radio behind the passenger kick panel. Replace with known good one.

It's either a gold box or 2 small black boxes that's are connected.

Gold one looks like this

This

Could definetly be the MPFI relay

I'm working all day today. I honestly have no free time to help. Works picking up and I have my own projects to deal with right now. The rest of the time is spent with the family.

car still has no spark i have replaced the cam sensor and the cranks sensor.. also put different transistor and different coils in vehicle.. any one have any other ideas or would be willing to come take a look at the car? car does have fuel can hear the relay click and disconnected the line and it sprays fuel out

Re: no spark-no fuel

What did you do to test for spark? Like how do you know it doesnt have spark, what tests did you do to diagnose that?

Have you done a compression test?

Did you replace the "transistor box" with the coil pack? Its the little black box next to the coil pack.
