Date is confirmed but no formal event is taking place, so feel free to come early, stay late, do a few more races, etc.

Thinking the 30th might work best, even so people have a bit more time to plan (including myself, so I can plan with ProKart).

Just started a Monday night league there. Could use more bodies if anyone is interested. Hell of a lot of fun. We run next Monday, then off the next two (Xmas Eve and New Years Eve), then back at it on Jan 7th.

Got in touch with ProKart and have some more details. The website and pricing were updated recently so there are some new policies and slightly higher pricing.

- The Race Day Package will be $52/ person if we book at least 3 days in advance.
- The Race Day Package gets us practice, qualifying, and two 15-lap races.
- There is no cheaper step down other than just "arrive and drive." For $45 in arrive and drive, we'd each get two races of 20 laps each.
- The minimum is 8 people
- If 8 don't show up, they'll charge us for 8 people anyway, so everyone would have to pay more to cover
- There is now a cancellation fee. 10% if cancelled more than 5 days ahead of time, 20% less than 5 days, 50% within 24 hours

Net/ net, the 30th is available but I don't want to get burned. SO, please confirm your attendance so I can book this with confidence.

Since I don't want to risk cancellation fees or inflated fees for poor attendance, I think it's best if everyone got together for some open lapping. It'll be $45 for two 20-lap races, and people can do more (or fewer) races if they like.

Thinking noon might be best-- right when they open, early enough for those coming from out-of-town, etc etc.
