In order to calm down Tom and myself bickering about politics, we figured we'd actually bicker about something that matters similar to what we did before with the Cowboys: http://www.mitsustyle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25363

Minnesota Vikings vs. Houston Texans - December 23rd, 2012

MitsuStyle Pay-Ban Wager!

Anyone who votes MUST commit $5 to the pay-ban fund if their team loses (backing out after losing will result in a month real ban; no exceptions). The funds must be send within 12 hours of the game ending otherwise you'll be considered as backing out (see above). The $5 must include yourself but can also include others that also picked the losing team; how you ban with the $5 is up to you as long as the above rules are followed. The losers may stack bans on top of each other with no grace periods between each ban.

Since I'm a mod and pay-banning me costs more I'll commit $10 rather than the normal $5.

Payments are to be sent to chris@snowsecurity.com along with how you'd like the $5 divided up.

Vikings don't play the Dallas Cowboys this year so instead we decided to use the Houston Texans.

I agree fantasy football next yr. I'm game!

I'd like to support my local team but everytime I see something good out of them. It seems like I'm chewing on my foot the next week. I lost faith over a decade ago when Gary Anderson missed his first field goal all year. Resulting in a loss to the falcons in the playoffs.

I still bleed purple all the way and would never ever root against my fav team, but this one might be a little much for the vikes to handle. As much of a fan as I am, I am still a realist. ;)

I'll take the Texans and I honestly hope I am wrong. If it was in the dome I might have been a little more inclined to go for the upset bid, but JJ Watt, Barwin, Joseph, and company are tough at reliant.

to be a true vikings fan you cant be a realist they dont go hand in hand. Hence why when we were 2-7 last year i was talking to my brother, saying "well if x loses, and we win the rest of our games, and this happens etc". Vikings, super bowl this year.

Vikings are very unpredictable...but houston...at Home...tall order.
