Its not a DSM its a 240sx, and its never done it before, should I just get a new head with a mild cam and some SS valves?

Maybe raptor could do something with the boroscope that might be able to figure out the problem by looking into it? Maybe not?

I can check it out for you if you like. it isnt really a boroscope type job, but troubleshooting head noises isn't that difficult. And I agree with peter, don't assume the worst over a noise. It may be a very simple problem that is easily fixed. Even if it is more serious, it still is probably cheaper to fix than to replace the head. Either way, I can help you out if you want, PM me about it if you want to set something up.
