New to the north suburbs...

I currently am living up here and looking for a place around Maple Grove or Anoka that accepts larger dogs. Does anyone know of any decent apartments that allow dogs up here?

Thank you!

You know theres this thing called Google. And when you use it to search for "apartments", it brings you to apartments.com - and there you can search for apartments that are pet friendly.

Its not difficult ;)

I would stick in MG, Anoka is kinda.... well, stay in MG.

Agreed, stick outside of Anoka a bit if possible. Areas of Champlin are decent, MG, Blaine, and parts of Coon Rapids. There are some decent places off of 242 in between CR and Blaine.

I obviously have been searching. Figured maybe someone knew more than I did. I am looking for something in the northwestern suburbs so I don't have a huge commute to st cloud everyday. I have a bigger dog and just figured someone on this forum could chime in like "oh yeah I live near there in a nice apartment maybe I can help this chap out".

Commuting to st cloud? Why not just move up there? Everything is waaay cheaper up there. Youll get more for your money for sure. Otherwise I would be looking more towards elk river, otsego, or Rogers, than Blaine, coon rapids.

BAH is less up there and my commute is going against the flow of traffic whilst the gf's commute will be with the flow of traffic, trying to make it easier on her part.

drop gf. Get degree. Find new gf with new found degree. Kidding. Monticello isnt bad. Its about a 30 minute commute on 10. Where does your gf work?
