Beheading and cutting off hands for stealing etc are definite deterrents. People will think twice where or how they do this kind of thing from now on. Specially since they do these in public for all to see and take in.

That is brilliant. A guy who is attempting to drift is coming down the road. Lets stand next to it without any barrier to protect us. I'm sure he has the skills to not hit us.
