WTB - Windshield for a 2G Eclipse and Rims (EVO enkies or 5 spokes)

I'm looking to see if someone might have a windshield that will fit on my 99 Eclipse. The one I have currently has about a 2 foot crack in it from a chip that happened this winter. As long as it doesn't have any cracks or massive chips I'm interested. I figure some of you must have a parts car lying around that you don't need a windshield for. Hell, I'll give you my cracked windshield if you need one to throw on the car you take it off.

Also, does the windshield from a sypder work or is it different?

I am also looking to pick up a set of either EVO enkies or some stock 5-spoke rims. They do not have to have tires on them, and I'm really only looking to pay extra for tires if they are 80% or better life left.

PM me if we can work something out

I'm guessing you've never put in a windshield if you're looking for a used one when brand new ones are really cheap. Call Glass 7, I think the guy's name is Drew. He's really good and the last few windshields I had put in were all under $200 installed at your location, even for a Lexus.

Heh, you're right... I thought they were somewhere in the $500 mark so I figured I'd toss in a used one to get me by. If I can get a new one installed for $200 I'll just go that route.

Cornfed: I haven't called anyone yet so it definitely wasn't me lol

Colt: I got your PM and responded

Yeah, I was gonna suggest get a new one like goat said.

Used windshields must be popular then cause I had two ppl ask in the last month.

Good luck with windshield, taking out and putting in a used one would suck! Shouldnt be hard to find new like said before.

Not to mention they almost always break when you take them out. Used windshields are only really good for classic cars that don't have aftermarket support.

Damn, I wish I would of known this earlier.

Had my Dad's friend's friend install one for me on my 02 Grand Prix, cost me ~ $275, maybe even 300.
