Ok so I went to Elite and picked up an Oil return Flange (turbo side)

But now need to make the rest of the oil return. I'd like to go SS/AN fittings. So who can help me? where do I go, and what do I buy?

whatever you come up with i will need to do the same as well. however what i was thinking is just doing the factory and cuting it off at the flex section. getting some braided stainless steel line designed for oil and get some of the aproprate an fittings for it, two of them. and using it that way, ofcourse leaving enough of slack in there for flexing even tho the two do not get separated OTHER than during the install/uninstall. so a bit of slack definetely helps.

Allan (dsmstyle) was mentioning about a place by UNI that caries braided lines and some fittings. I will stop by today and take a look, does anyone have the outside diameter of the factory flat section of the line not the ribbed section..
That way i can get a hose that has the inner diameter same...

i'll check out the pricing and let you know...

You don't have to make it anything realy special unless you really care about what it looks like. Just take the stock one and cut it and put some rubber hose inbetween the two fittings where the flex section was and call it good.

ya mine is just the 2 stock fittings with some thick rubber hose connecting em. But hey if this SS line works out good, could u maybe post a little How To on how you did it. Ever since I blew a clutch line on my way back from vegas, I've been all about replacing lines or any little thing that could maybe go wrong if there is a better part i can put in its place that will last much longer. You'll never see me owning a dsm now without a ss braided clutch line!

I made my entire fuel system, turbo oil lines, turbo water lines, and coolant bypass lines, with AN fittings and braided SS line.

Anyway, I got all my line and fittings from www.ANPLUMBING.com.

They are kinda slow........but cheaper than Jeg's/Summit.
