Perfect working order, fresh battery 12 months ago, still holds a charge like new. Just upgraded to IOS 5.0.1. I ran it for the last year unlocked on t-mobile.

Only major flaw is the back case. It's a bit worn and has a crack, but as I said above, phone works great otherwise.

how's the data speed? my G1 is worse than dial up.. Does it also come with your discography of nickleback?

Depends on the network. On ATT it'd do 3G and be dandy. On t-mobile it's stuck on Edge, which is not amazingly fast but it is certainly usable. If some nickleback mp3's would seal the deal I'll see what I can find ;)
