MAP Proving Grounds 2012
 

MAP will be holding its Proving Grounds at BIR June 22 -24. Yes this is the first time its a 3 day event. MAP's website says only 2 but BIR has 3 but also lists a car show any other events happening that weekend.
camping if free with all tickets into the raceway!!!

Untamed Dreams will be cruising up there Friday June 22nd. Anyone looking to cruise with us is welcome. We will also be doing a cookout all weekend and those who cruised up are welcome to come eat with us and have a good time.

Let's hook up and have a beer or three, but ONLY if you join MitsuStyle for the cruise up there....it goes something like this....everyone works late into the night on Friday finishing all of the stuff they should have done for months, get up there late, drink until 5am, wake up with Bryce cuddling with you in a puddle of water, pay, get some food and eat it while you wait in the tech line (food stand idea alert!), then go have issues with your car all day. Curse. Fix it saturday night, drink till 5am again, wake up, shower, vomit, haul car over to starting lines late as always, be car runs like a top, resolve newb issues, and come from behind to win stock appearing class. Rejoice, pack up, realize you are completely sunburnt, and find your way back home.

And if you don't have a car to drive, you can drink 3 days straight! Not recommended....ask me how I know. I need something fun to drive at proving grounds, so I don't die.

Well I should be there with the race car. If I can get a dog box in the car by then it should put on a good show.

I'm cool with front facing stock frame turbos in stock appearing, the gains from a setup like that are so minimal it's retarded.

I'd agree. For that cost just get a proper t3 setup and make more power and have way more options. Tubular manifolds are already sketchy on the "logical" upgrade route imo as you could of bought a t3 kit already at that point. It's just nice to pick parts up as you go along.

The FF stuff seems dumb for stock frame.
