Question about SST Transmission limitations

Hey guys,

As I'm saving up money, and doing my research to start modding the ralliart, I've come across several people and websites saying that the SST transmission will ultimately limit the amount of HP I can get out of it.

Then, I found this:
http://www.sspperformance.com/sub-ca...nsmission----/

Its made for the MRs, but will this also work in my Ralli? And if so will it solve the problem I'm going to have with round 2 of mods where I start getting to that initial limit the stock SST will set?

Re: Question about SST Transmission limitations

Contact Razorlab (Bryan, used to be with GST in CA)on Evoxforums or EvolutionM.

Have him etune your car and he has access to all the extra SST tables. You won't need this upgrade until you make some serious power. The stock clutch packs work great as long as you have the right tables tuned correctly.

Also, even if you want to upgrade this stuff wait for the Dodson motorsports ones, they will be out soon. SSP stuff isn't that great, but it works.

Yea, Bryan is on the stock trans/clutches and making a solid 400whp with aftermarket turbo, FMIC, e85, etc etc.

Shane@DB might have access to these tables, not sure but that would be where I would start and try to get Bryan involved as needed.

Plan thus far I'm planning to go in two phases.

First get the Evo 10 turbo (and all the housing, etc that I'll also need), exhaust, downpipe, air intake, ECU.

Step two convert to E85 and the clutch upgrade if needed.

Thanks for the lead with Razorlab
