Thanks Shane!

Just got back from DB this afternoon to get a tune on e85 (actually e78). Shane worked his magic! I've very happy with the tune and how the car drives so far! We stayed a little on the safe side with boost and timing and still came out with good numbers imo.

Onto the graphs!

Power Mods:
1000cc PTE Injectors
Walbro 255
OBX (ebay) Silicon intake pipe
Perrin Filter
Bushur Down Pipe
AMS Cat-Back
Neisi LICP

Bad picture but for refrence here is my old tune on the same parts just no e85.

Haha nice. Your old hp number is what I made way back on the red car with e85! But I made 320tq! Was good enough for 11s in a full weight dsm.

Your car must feel damn good now!

Goodhart (blue) vs Rosey (red):

Goodhart had a few more mods IIRC. Makes rosey's car all that much more impressive--it's a freak!

Thanks for the overlay's scheides. I wish I could hold more boost up top... seems to just drop like a rock!

Ah, didn't notice the Nisei. I had the same one. :D

It's pretty tough to hold any more boost up top on the stock turbo though, they are just out of breath at this point. Maybe some porting or a EBCS hybrid setup scheides style, but you might end up making better power with the same boost.

Re: Thanks Shane!

If you factor in different days, different cars, etc, the o2 housing and fmic def seem to add some punch to the midrange and up top!

Re: Thanks Shane!

Rosey's had more topend power past 7000, until we got to the point that increasing boost down low did not effect the boost past 6800+ at all. Once the boost stopped moving up at all past 6800, then adding boost down low started hurting the very high RPM power. I assume we are overspinning the turbo so much that the backpressure is getting higher at those rpms and starting to choke it or we are ruining the compressor efficiency.

475rwhp, but the super long gears (almost 90mph in 2nd) really don't help. I think it'll be pretty close. Bryce pulled away from me on the way up to proving grounds.

T&C is such a douche term.

Re: Thanks Shane!

The vette will eat that thing up. Long gears? long gears I think are the best for highway pulls. Short gears for the track. Anyways nice numbers rosey. I wish i could afford an evo.

It's better than calling it street racering.
