FS: *Brand New* Never used Griffin Front Mount Intercooler
 

Hello guys,

I'm selling a *mint* brand new, never used or mounted front mount intercooler. I got it from RRE (Road race engineering) a couple years back. It cost me $510 + shipping for the core, end tanks and welding. You can verify this on RRE's site. The core itself(without end tanks) is 24" wide, 10" tall & 2.75" thick.

I sold my GSX in mid July and I'm out of the game. The reason I have this intercooler is because a couple years ago, I hit a deer. The bumper cover pushed into some of the fins and the insurance company bought me a new intercooler only I never mounted it. I just hand straightened the fins on the intercooler that was on my GSX.

I will polish the end tanks prior to shipping. This is a quality intercooler not an ebay piece of junk. I can ship it out ASAP and will only charge actual shipping, probably $20-25

First person to offer me $100+shipping for it, will take it. Remember it is NEW!!!!

I will toss in a bunch of t-bolt clamps that are also new.

I still have the IC but some interest has been brought about on dsmtuners. Nobody on this board wants a $500+ intercooler for $100???!?

I was PM'd that people don't want to run an intercooler less than 3" thick. While that may be planted in the minds of some people, the I/C that was on my GSX when I sold it, was the same style but was actually the next size smaller than the one I'm selling. I went 11's with the GSX. I'd probably have to say that most people on here don't have a 11 second car.
