NEED ASAP:Evo Driver's front axle/seal/6 speed fluid

https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net..._4153459_n.jpg

I'm pretty sure the axle is toast, as it is clicking pretty bad, but I want to make sure I can get an axle, axle seal, and some 6 speed fluid before I dig into it any deeper. I have the axle ready to take out, but I'll need/want some fluid before doing so.

I would like to have all the parts just in case. I would rather have too many parts and return something than not have have the parts I need

Well, Brookdale wanted $660 for the axle, FUK THAT.

They won't have a seal here till Thursday, so I had them order a seal for me, and I am still looking for a little more fluid. Gonna call MAP and RS today and see what they have.

Since the car is stuck in Isanti and I am working 12-14 hour days right now, I had my brother pop the axle out last night and the seal is definitely shot, but he thinks the axle seems fine because he can't get it to click :?

I'm having my dad drop it off at proven force today and have them take a peek at it, possibly just rebuild it for the sake of getting this thing back on the road as quick as possible. My brother's work also has an account there, so I would get a discount. There is also the EBay route, but I'm not too fond of putting knockoff junk on my car in an important spot like an axle.

Anyone else used something like this?

Not a bad idea to get it rebuilt since it's out, they can check everything over and worst-case you walk away with it having new boots and fresh grease.

^^Yeah, hopefully that is cheaper too. I should have a quote by tomorrow.

Anyone know if this writing is normal for an OEM axle? Almost looks Japanese, does that mean I have a JDM y0 axle? :p
