MitsuStyle - 90 laser rs turbo fwd

'90 Plymouth Laser RS Turbo FWD:

I bought this car about 2 months ago and started to work on in to make is a daily diver. I found out the block was cracked and I wasn't able to get the title. So I'm going to sell the car with no title to recover so of my money. I'm looking to sell the whole car or part it out and sell someone a rolling shell with no title.
