How about liquor sales on Sunday? Too much to ask for, apparently.

Is it really that inconvenient for you? My friends step-dad owns a liquor store and said a majority of the locally owned/operated liquor stores are for keeping it the way it is.

Who cares what the majority thinks? They can close every day of the week if they want to. I want the option of driving to the one that decides to stay open on the day that I'm off from work and have time to go shopping for the week. Why don't they all take Monday off?

There is a bill going through the process. But surprizingly its the liquor stores that oppose it. (wackos.)

Most liquor stores are owned by families who might want 1 day a week off.
