WTB: Machined 4g63 exhaust manifold
 

these Manifolds warp into bananas. I need one that is completle flat to match my head perfectly

I have a 2g manifold that has been milled at Napa in Bursville, but he said its hard to get perfect. If I remember correctly #1 runner may have been a hair off, but with tightening it down and using this gasket, it never leaked. I do have a straight edge I could check for sure.

I even reused the gasket multiple times with copper spray. never leaked.

I cant remember how much I paid, maybe around 20$. I will check it with a straight edge in a bit.

I measured it, everything is flat except the very ends of runner 1 and 4. There is .006 inch gap on the very ends, which means its bowed very slightly.
