1998 VW Passat
 

I have a 1998 Volkswagen Passat for sale. My family has had the car for about 5 years, and we want to upgrade. The engine runs good, and the 5 speed shifts smoothly. The body of the car has dings and dents, little to no rust at all. Overall a good car, and could be driven many more years with normal maintenance.

The car is having some issues with the suspension, I believe it to be the ball joints? or possibly tie rods? I do not know much about these cars, someone with knowledge of VW's could have a good car. Overall the car needs some love and some cleaning up and it'll be a good car as it was for us for many years. Car is able to be driven home, but I would recommend getting it fixed.

I have no more room in the drive way and we need this gone. $1200 open to offers.

Car needs oil cooler housing o-ring replaced and has a pretty good oil leak. Needs to be trailed/towed away.

$900 come and take it away. Thanks

Can you post up some better pics. mabey a shot of the interior? What motor does it have and what kind if gas mileage doese it get?
