I didn't even get to the pic of it in the cabin air box. Hell, I didn't even get halfway through the side by side pic. I saw the top 1/4 of the old filter and lol'd.

I really get this kind of crap every day at work.

Mostly light bulbs though, people pulling high beams (9005) and coming in telling me I sold them the wrong low beam bulb (9006). Then you politely and in different words call them an idiot to their face and send them back out the door.
