I don't give an F about the majority opinion, but that doesn't place me either way(I'm not for or against any side fully). I just hate the vibe of politics in general. I personally do not feel politics have any place on a car forum(any car forum). Of the different forums I frequent, the best experiences come from those which are political free.

Politics get no where because neither side will listen. I recently got into it with a friend on Facebook and it involved each of us throwing back attacks at the other side. My friend removed me from his friends list and finished the argument in "His" favor. Let's not let something like that happen here.

I will quote this in case you missed it "Obamas Fiscal 2011 budget proposal called for a 1.4% pay increase to military pay for 2011" and it was approved by congress (the democrat one) in december 2010, while he froze salaries of all other Federal Workers for two years.
