Delicious Smoothies
 

Me and the g/f love drinking smoothies, and here's a damn good one we've been making lately. So to any other fellow smoothy lovers out there, give this a shot! I promise you the most orgasmic smoothy ever, even ask the brownman :)

- Plain or Vanilla Frozen Yogurt (no fat)
- Raspberry Sherbet (no fat)
- Some berries (your choice, we use just frozen mixed berries)
- 1 Banana
- Some Apple Juice
- (shot of booze for you alky's)

Play with the portions to get it however you like it. Then just blend!

And yup, this is prolly my gheyest post ever, but i don't care this shit is amazing so I gotta share!

I was into this a couple years ago, but then I broke the blender and got banned from the new one, luckily about 2 months ago I picked up a brand new magic bullet for $5 at my unit's garage sale I got to search thru the stuff the day before since I was down there dropping off items.

I usually use ice but hate the taste, too watery. I used frozen yogurt instead and skip the sherbet (too much sugar), last night I thru in some old strawberry protein powder and it ruined the taste.

I also use milk instead of juice, I use chocolate milk. I love choc/strawberry shakes.

I make smoothies quite regularly as a meal. I'll have to try the apple juice, using orange juice adds unwanted bitterness.

I remember going to Thailand and getting a pretty sweeeet 'asian smoothy' you could say.
- lots of ice
- some very sweet asian kool-aid
- a slice of a really juicy pineapple and banana,
- about a spoon or 2 of sweetened condensed milk

best 'asian smoothy' I've EVER tasted in my life. but, as long as it's cold, sweet and delicious, it's going into my belly :)

i could see this possibly be good with some captain 100, might have to use less berries, and marbe use just icecream so you have the captain flavor(i love captain :smile:)
