FS: '95 Eclipse GSX shell

For sale is my '95 Eclipse GSX. I've had a lot of run with this car but it's time for me to move on.

$500

I'll try and list as much as I can about it but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

The car is pretty damn light for a 2g. Last time it was at brainerd it weighed in at 2950 with me in it passenger seat, and back seat and full appearing interior. Take me out 160, 20lb nitrous bottle, all other seats (30) and sun roof and you're down to a 2,750ish lb car

No ABS, deleted with OEM parts
Power steering components removed - need to finish
All ac/heat removed
Interior rewired for only the essentials (brake lights, turn signals, fuel pump and guages)
Aluminum trunk floor
Sunroof taken out and metal welded in. Not the best job but saved 30lbs
Wing taken off
2g 5 spoke chromies
All axles
Rear diff
driveshaft
Non-cruise control throttle cable

Things needed to make it a driving car again
Motor
Transmission
Transfer case
Manual drivers seat
ecu
battery hookups

Here are some recent pictures from the summer

How is this car rust wise? Any major dings/dents? How are the strut towers? I'm a bit interested..

Re: FS: '95 Eclipse GSX shell

No rust on the car. The car isnt a show car but it can look pretty good once shined up. The the biggest dent would be on the passenger fender. The driver side strut tower did have some rust but was repaired.

You're more than welcome to come check it out whenever!

If you part it out I would love that battery relocation kit you got in there! Everything for it. You can PM me the details thanks!

Sounds good. I'll shoot you a PM this weekend if I get a chance to get it in the garage and work on it.

$500 with stock suspension, stock steering wheel, eprom and battery stuff removed.

If no interest I'll hopefully start to part it completely out tonight, rear end, axles, interior and all that type of shieet.

Re: FS: '95 Eclipse GSX shell

I'd probably be interested in the car, but there's no way I could make it there this weekend.

Re: FS: '95 Eclipse GSX shell

If you're serious I will stop parting it out for ya. But if not I'm going to pull all the axles, drive train, interior, and anything else I'd randomly want and give it away or have a junk yard place come get it for scrap.

Re: FS: '95 Eclipse GSX shell

So 500 and it'll still only need the things listed in the first post, plus an ECU and a battery hooked back up? Is that correct?

If so (& it has a clear title), I'll take it if you can wait til sometime during the week for me to get it.

Re: FS: '95 Eclipse GSX shell

That is correct! I updated the first post to try and better articulate what comes with it and what doesn't.

It also has a clean title.

Give me a call if you're interested in it. Some kid from Duluth seems pretty interested in it and is planning on coming down next weekend to look at it.

Calling is probably the best way to get a hold of me as I'm kind of slow sometimes at getting back to texts or emails. Then we could arrange a time to look at it.

Re: FS: '95 Eclipse GSX shell

Shell is going to the scrap yard on Monday unless somebody on here wants it for free and would come get it on Monday. It will be a BARE shell, no brakes, pedals, drivetrain, but should still have doors, bumpers, that crap.

If anybody is interested in any interior parts I should have most of them.
