Do you have any of the measurements for these? This pic is the best example I can find. The seals for the intake flange are a different style than this pic (ura should be square o-ring style) but do you know the O.D. of those square o-ring seals (16mm?)? And the end that goes into the fuel rail (11mm?)?

Yes 11mm to fuel rail and 16mm to intake sir.
