Anyone going to BIR for wed night racing?

I'm really curious about the Wednesday night drags up there. What kind of cars does it attract. (obviously street cars) And how many cars show up??

BIR is actually closer to my house in Rogers, than Rock Falls is.

As far as I know pretty much anyone with a car. Although I have not been up there for a Wed. night before some friends have said its pretty good. Can get in a bunch of passes and relativly inexpensive. Thats about all I know and its close...

is it a full quarter or eigth mile?

It's a full quarter. There's another one next Wednesday (May 26th). Last time I talked to Curt we were planning on going.

Anyone else up for it?

I need to clear my memory of the last Import Day at Rock Falls. I just can't take it when my Mom's Buick is faster than 95% of the cars there. Sitting and watching a traffic light in rush hour is more exciting.

Hey guys,

Tomorrow, June 2nd is the next BIR street drags. A few of the MN 3/S guys are going. Mark W and myself are racing for sure. Mark's best time last year was 11.86 and hoping for better. I'm just hoping to get in the 12s.

We'll probably get up there around 5pm when the gates open. If any of you guys go up there, come say "hi".
