1992 VR-4 For Sale - Tow Away ASAP $750
 

Been a while since I've been on these boards, not sure if anyone remembers me or not, wish I came back with better intentions. Either way, I have a summit white 1992 Mitsu Galant VR-4 that I need to get rid of ASAP. The reason I need it to go is that it's parked in my townhome's guest parking area and I can only keep it there through the weekend. Something is very wrong with the front steering rack and the steering wheel no longer turns the wheels. In addition (and what I believe to have caused the first major problem) one of the rear steering lines has burst and the car now pisses out any steering fluid you put in the vehicle. So, I need to get this thing gone, I'd prefer to get it to someone who can put some time into getting it up and running again or someone who has the room and time to part it out. I really don't want to send it to the scrapyard, so someone should buy it.

As for the overall condition and specs:
195k Miles
4G63 Engine - 2.0 Liter turbocharged
5 Speed manual transmission
All wheel drive
White exterior
Black leather interior
Power windows/locks
Power Moonroof

There are a handful of minor issues with the vehicle due to it's age (some rust, three of the windows don't roll down real well, it doesn't like to start easily in the winter, various cracks in the front windshield, etc).

I'm asking $750 for it, you tow it. If you really want them, I have some pictures I can send too.

Alright, based on a few phone calls I got:

I live in Hastings now, about 20 minutes away from St Paul, didn't update the city in my profile.

The engine runs fine for having almost 200k on it. I daily drove this car for the last 5 years up until just recently when I started to have the steering issues.

The biggest reason I'm not keeping it is not because of the steering, but because I just bought a new house and can't afford and don't have the time to keep dealing with the little issues that keep coming up with a car of this age.

It's not a bad car, it's in pretty decent shape for it's age, it just needs someone who can take the time to bring it back to glory, and take it soon :)
