He's like a palm reader, he's good at finding something that touches the person he's talking to, but really doesn't have an answer, just a lot of fluff that sounds good for 30 seconds. When someone can't pay their mortgage because they've been out of work for a year, they don't care about a government subsidy for underprivileged college students.
