Odd misfire...

So my car runs fine when I start it cold. But once I shut it down after it's been warmed up, it has a misfire. At times the miss will go away after a few minutes, and other times it will last the duration of my ride home. Any ideas what this could be??

coil or resister pack. I usually see this with the resistor pack 80% of the time.
