Oh my lord! I think not sure but i think he was speeding and as he was approaching the car ahead he realized it was a cop and perhaps panic turned cause he was coming from the shoulder on the left. . .

Shit, almost looks like a suicide attempt imo.

On a side note, I hope it wasn't. And I hope he will be okay. Young people getting into deadly accidents bums me out.
