Hey hey, Mitsu guys and gals just wonder if anyone here knows how to rebuild a mitsu 20g turbo?? I want to know and see who can rebuild my turbo for me.. let me know with a price thanks..

Watch who you have rebuild your turbo and look up posts of good or BAD feedback that have had in the past if you go with people local.

Go to diesel components and only them. Dont go thru people that say they do the rebuild and have it balanced at diesel components either, just let diesel components do the entire thing. You go cheap and you will get what you paid for.

Like the V faq states, it isn't that hard to rebuild your own.

What are the problems you are having with it? Are any of the fins or turbine wheel damaged?

Diesel Components is local. I already gave you the link. If you're looking for some guy to rebuild your turbo in his garage or mom's basement then you should probably get a car that doesn't have a turbo.

LOL thats true and no I'm looking for a good shop and seems like diesel components is a good shop. I couldn't go on it last time so that's why I thought I had to send the turbo else were... Thanks

Major shaft plays side to side and in and out all you can think of, the turbo is done the fins it has two chipped fins, smokes up bad last time I saw it like I said it's gone...

Go to a SHOP to get all work done to your turbo so you only have to do it once. Research before putting your money out there.

I've got many hard miles on the one i got from him, and having no problems. Just my .02 worth of advice.

I'm a victim of my own curiousity at times, and someday I want to just by a rebuild kit and do it myself and see if I can make it 1k miles.

But as others said, just bring it to a shop.
