Axle nut end thread stripped, any repairs?

My driver side axle thread is stripped where the nut goes on. Is there a repair that I can do or do I just have to get a new one?

If it's just stripped on the tip you can take a dremel and grind off the stripped portion. I had my tip f'd before and I just grinded the messed up threads off (like 2 or 3 threads). After that the axle nut was able to slip back on.
