Car wont start!! Need help asap.
 

So i went outside to put the car back together as i need to drive it for work. I reassemble the shifter cables on the trans, put the intercooler hose back on and what not. And go to inside the car. I get the shifter hooked up and decided to try and start the car. Nothing. The battery has 12.3 volts, and only drops a lil when trying to start the car. I can hear a really loud clicking noise coming from a little golden color box by the ECU(See picture). I have never heard this clicking before. I have double checked anything around where i was working and nothing is disconnected. Any other things i should check? Thanks

I dont have a volt meter with me at home, but i used my test light and i am getting power out of the ign switch to the starter, but not at the starter, I have checked my clutch safety switch and it seems to be good. I will have to use my volt meter tomorrow to get exact readings. Is there anything else i am missing that could cause it not to start? Thanks

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong section. I was in a hurry to post this, and I should have put it in electrical. If the mods would want to move it, that would be great.
