Great shape, always worked great. no scratches on the screen. Some light ones everywhere on the back like a normal iPod would have.

No contract, so you can use T-Mobile if you unlock it. New iphones without contract are $400+

The iPhone can be unlocked depending on what system update it's running on. There is a slot in the top of the iPhone for a aim card so If the phone is unlocked it can be used on t mobile yes. 311 evo what operating system is it running and I'll tell u if it can be unlocked.

I've unlocked it many times. I currently had it on the first version on ios4 when I SOLD it.
