idle and running problems

somehow gremlins got into my car. Thought it was locked up pretty good but I guess not...

Last time I did a boost leak test it seemed fine. Narrow band O2 gauge stays on the rich side of things most of the time wideband has been showing very rich.

What happens is the car will idle fine. When I start driving it part throttle it does fine up to about 4k when it starts to sputter and it was going super rich. Applying more throttle and going into boost it will peg super rich immediatly upon going into boost. After getting past the middle ground crap it seems to run pretty good at 20lbs, just wont boost past 23lbs...

Tune hasnt changed since being tuned at DB. installed a new front stock O2 sensor. Tomorrow I will do another boost leak test, replace fuel filter, possibly replace the fpr, and check the injectors. Also tried a different MAF and dosnt seem to have any effect or change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
