Pte 6131 For Sale
 

Here is a Pte Scm6131 (620hp rated) for sale. Is is currectly pulled because of a piston wrist pin failure. Turbo had no shaft play. Installed brand new bearings anyways for good insurance. Turbo is in perfect condition and has a 360 thrust bearing system for high boost.

The S cover has a 4 inch inlet and a 2.5 outlet.
Oil it correctly and it will treat you well.

Pretty sure that's not an S cover. I don't see any anti-surge ports.

Not all S-covers have anti-surge ports. My old 6776 didn't have any. e-cover has the "bumps" in the castings, and is a 2" outlet, s covers are 4" in, 2.5" out, and h covers are 4" in, 3" out.

Good luck with Sale chad, I can vouch this turbo has NO shaft play, and pulls hard as hell on his car.

I used to think that too, just because what the heck does the S stand for?

Lol...

You can tell its an S cover because of the Aspect Ratio of the cover. This cover says A/R .70 while an E cover will say .63


Also I recommend not using the internal wastegate and going with an external. I will weld it for free for use with an external wastegate.

E cover - usually 3" inlet
S cover - usually 4" inlet
SP cover - usually 4" inlet with surge ports.
