Turbo Mighty Max

Just yesterday I aquired a 1995 Mighty Max pickup with a 4G64 and a 5 speed. It's in good shape with very little rust. My Grandma has had it for 10 years and due to her age is no longer able to operate the clutch or manual steering. I just bought her a wagon, so the truck is just sitting now.

If I put a 4g63 head on the 4g64 from a 1g does anyone know how complicated the wiring would be? Would it most easy to use the ecu from a 1g or is there a better option?

Or would it be easiest to put in a complete 4g63?

Ultimate power goal is 400rwhp

400rwhp? go bigger! and you need some rwd intake manifold, coolant stuff, just use the dsm harness and ecu!

Okay.... 500rwhp on Shanes dyno is the new goal! I was thinking of using a Magnus intake mani. Where is the best place to start looking for parts to build the bottom end of the 4g64?

Doesn't a Mighty Max have a 2.4 wide block?

Damn...that'd be bad-ass.

if it is the wideblock, you might want to at the very least swap to a Starion tranny, otherwise Bill Hincher has a couple bellhousings for stronger trannies, one of which is the W series out of supras

Based on what I've read, it is a wideblock.
