coolant tester

does anyone have one of those coolant testers, that test your coolant for exhaust gases?

or some other way to check for a blown head gasket without actually pulling the head?

I think Napa rents leakdown/compression testers and cooling system air pump.

they also sell the combustion gas testing fluid, and the testers.
