Well thought i would start up a build thread... started off as a 1996 bone stock GST. i bought it a year ago in march. i first started with putting in my D2 racing suspesion i have had layin around for a while. then i put on a HKS ss bov. cruised that for a good 15 to 20k miles. For some od reason i lost compression in the third cylendar. as i was going to rebuild the motor i thought i might as well just put on some after market parts. so i threw on a big 16g brand new and a front mount intercooler and as it sits now with a spun bearing after 100 miles of a rebuild i also put on a 3 inch turbo back exhaust i dont remember the brand. also put on new brakes all around and new axels replaced the 5 spd tranny after breaking the differential and put in new alpine speakers and a crunch amp to power them with a nice panasonic cd player thats all for now till i get a new motor witch should come soon hopefully!

We all start somewhere, doesn't really sound like too much of a rookie build to me.

yea this is my first time of doing all the work i had a few other dsms that were just lowered with rims never really did any motor work my self.... ill get pics later on today. i want to make it handle alot better so i think im going to get new rims for it what els do you guys suggest i get?

its got a dent on the driver fender now cuz my dad dropped a hammer on it.
