The Shitty Wiring in My Car
 

So this is my wiring in my car and yes it is a shit show but its how i bought it. Here's my story http://www.mitsustyle.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25288
I would just like someone who can wire to help me out in like a month and a half seeing as how i have to go to court for the title. O its even worse inside so yeah. Help?

Just figure out what everything does, wire by wire, and either re-wire it with fresh wire, or wrap it in wire a wrap harness and zip ties/electrical tape. You might have to pull a bunch of it apart to get it right, but just take your time, go little by little, and check your work each step of the way (make sure the car still runs!).

Tear into it man thats what i did! Figured all kinds of stuff out. Ive gotten more hands on experience with the dsm then i HAVE IN COLLEGE CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!!!! Once you fix it every tear every drop of blood all the sweat pays off dude! When i turned the key and the motor started stayed running not missing or smoking like a chimney i was so happy!

I hate to say this, but if you don't have the confidence to trace down wires, look at wiring diagrams and such, you probably should get a stock car. That being said, I have confidence that just about anyone can handle a problem such as the one you are encountering. If you took more detailed pictures, showing what wires go to what, we can probably be of more help. That's a terrible picture.

I have experience with cdi ingition box wiring with the 420a and just about any 420a wiring you'd need help with, I used to run a hahn portfueler and dis-2 cdi box on my 420a-t for controlling fuel and ignition. I don't know if I would be able to make it to woodbury with being as busy as I am with college but id be glad to help with any questions you might have.

Alright thanks and maybe if the court goes all good i can get it out to you if worse comes to worse. I will definately hit you up though no matter what happens
