Holy shit...the initial kick and break isn't what's bad, the step back makes me cringe...eww.

i know it is real but i couldnt imagine the pain of snappen my leg in half and then trying to step back on it and it collapsing

Yeah the step back definitly makes me cringe. I really hate seeing these types of videos, but i thought i must share my misery. I broke my leg in that same area, and it doesnt feel good. broke both bones running off of a little bike ramp. Worst part about it was that it was only 3 months before hockey tryouts, but i managed to get myself better and strong enough to try out.
