1g trans funz times
 

Ok I started my day dismantling this awd transmission with a bad bell housing.
i get everything apart and ready to be put in to the other bell housing.
and what do i see that the dam input shaft barring race is a different size ? ! :signs066: how in the hell do you get that out of there ?

i almost want to use a torch to get it hot and try to pry it out.. but i know that is not right so ill wait till the morning and start calling people who might know how to get it out ... was wondering if anyone else has run into that

You need a roll head pry bar like this, heat the case and work it out. Dont heat the race, it will make it worse.

worked like a charm ... i had heated the inside of the race and came out nice and easy i use those bars and a pry bar
