Yahoo mail help
 

So for the last couple days I haven't been able to log into my Yahoo mail account because it says invalid user ID/password. I've tried changing my password but I don't remember the answer to my secret question because I made the account like, 10 years ago and never had to use it. The alternate email account is my old AOL account that I can't access anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should try to go to get back into my account?

I've had some problems with yahoo mail, but it would work randomly some days....

If there's a link anywhere on a Yahoo site to anywhere that I can get actual help, it must be buried so deep in BS that I can't find it. I even tried their yahoo help search thing and they don't have any kind of info on changing the security question.

Or maybe this? Perhaps your password was 'stolen' and they changed it....report it as abuse?

I just opened a Gmail account, but there's a couple emails in my yahoo inbox I need so that I can switch them over. Scheides, that first link you posted leads up to the part where they ask you the security question that I don't have the answer to, and the second link is to report an email that you have received that you want to report to yahoo.

You are screwed. Free email services such as Yahoo and Hotmail/MSN have zero customer support. Ask me how I know. :)

^^ I kinda figured as much... I found a page while digging through tons of BS that said you have to log in to change your secret question, and they can't change your password for you without having the answer to the secret question. Nor can they give you the answer to your secret question even after you jump through all their security hoops.
