What is this product all about? DEI CryO2 Cryogenic Air Intake

Was farting around on your website and I was wondering if you can tell me anything more about this product other than what your description already told me about it.

Seems to me like a co2 injection system that lowers the air temps going into your cold side of your turbo.

Sorry I missed this guys, basically it acts as an intercooler that cools the intake air via CO2. Pretty cool idea but not much surface area so I'm not too sure how well it works...

"Multiple units can be used for colder results." This means you can put 5 together for some really cold air!

So does this spray co2 into the intake charge, or is it like a thermos where there is a boundary between the co2 and the intake air?

better to just spray Co2 on ur front mount, lots of surface area there!

You cannot spray CO2 into the air entering the engine as it isnt flammable. So it flows through the center of that cone thing in the center and makes it cold, drawing the heat from out of the air passing over it. Then the spent CO2 exits a dump tube, much like a nitrous purge.
As far as spraying it on your front mount, I used to do this, but you will go though a whole 10lb nitrous bottle full in just a matter of 20 seconds or so (at least I did). What I did instead was go to ACE Hardware and get a pressure washer nozzle (about a 45 degree spray patter if I remember correctly) and rig it to my window washer tank, fill with water and have it aiming toward the intercooler. So as I was racing I'd be covering my hot front mount with cooler water. Cooling effects much like a runner dumping a glass of water on self to cool off. Not to mention water is free to refill.
In my opinion these would be a huge waste of money as it looks to be a major restriction in the intake piping (no matter the shape), Spend your money on a meth injection kit and make some real power.
