Need help finding auto tranny rebuild!! ASAP
 

well i went to the local transmission shop down here (kennedy) and they were a bunch of douche bags that were trying to fuck me over. So now im in desperate need of a new place to take my transmission to get a stock rebuild on it. I got $1500 right now to spend but wouldnt mind it being a little cheaper. If i dont get this tranny rebuilt i cnt go to the shoot out. Do you guys know any reputable auto tranny guys that can do it in my price range or better. the car is a 92 talon tsi awd

have you tried jeffs or dales trans shops yet? there both in rochester

Maybe since he does so many built trannys he would be cheaper then other shops to have a stock rebuild done..

Look at shep his stock rebuild on a manual tranny is only $900 and I spent $2600 on a stock rebuild from AAMCO transmissions! That is before I knew about shep transmissions otherwise I would have a stage 4 right now!

It doesn't hurt to call and find out. I'm sure they have options and stages like shep does to fit a wide variety of poepl.
