My new daily!

Picked this one up today for $2800. It's a 1998 Audi A4 quattro automatic V6 with 144k miles. The car has no rust, very clean and very well taken care of. Everything on the car works perfect and no ABS light! haha. Here's some pics after giving it a good bath:

I have wanted one of these for a while. Except make mine White and a 5speed!

They seem to be great daily drivers, even if maintenance can be a huge hassle. Perfect summer beater/winter car.

This + S2000/Elise/C5 Zo6 would be about perfect right now for me.

Yeah hopefully it will! I pulled back the cover's for the timing belt and it looks fairly new. So that's a good thing. I'm picking up a catback for the car tomorrow. Some guy on craigslist only wants $50 for it! Pshh.. who says audi's are expensive! Haha. Here is a sound clip with the same catback. I think it sounds like sex!

Yeah I love the sound of audi's. Especially the R32.

I think there's about as many audi's as subaru's for DDs now... nice buy, that looks like a steal for that price!

I don't have any money for wheels. My parents gave me the money to buy the car. My plans for the car are..

1. Catback
2. Gunmetal/black stock wheels
3. Intake
4. Lower if I find local cheap springs
5. Paint lower black trim red to match the car
6. Black audi emblems and debadge rest

Other than that it will stay the way it is.

Nice. I would do the exact same, minus the black trim. I would keep it.

Yeah that's just if I ever get bored enough to do it. But I think it would make the car appear a little lower to the ground. And it definatly needs it..

Went to HDRacing today and picked up some pvc pipe and couplers. Then went to autozone and got a filter and maf adapter. Ended up with this..

The car has a ram-air stock intake. So I kept the ram-air duct and it directs air right onto the top of the filter.

I'll be painted the intake black eventually. My ass dyno tells me I gained a little mid range. And obviously alot more sound now. Tomorrow I'll be installing the catback and that should be it for performance mods.
