New bought from a friend intending to put into my own vehicle but decided not to for the reason of not spending tons of money buying new parts to make this turbo fit and work.

That turbo isn't new (look at the exhaust wheel) and it looks like it is for a diesel truck application by the outlet converter. You don't have any more info on this turbo? The exhaust side looks too big for a 4 cyl.

Way too big, and it's internally gated too..eek. I've not seen too many people run these internally gated, unless it was a deisel truck.

It was used once for a dyno run that's where you are seeing the carbon. I can see about getting a housing if someone is still interested or not. The reason the current housing is on there is to keep the exhaust blades safe.
