dsmlink - need to change to com4
 

Trying to use dsmlink on my friends car and the only option is com3 and he said we need com4. We searched on what to put into the dsmlink file using notebook but it wont save. It says I don't have permission to save it. So what do you guys do to change the com? No access to dsmlink forums either..

you can't change the com thru link?

You need to have permission/access to it thru your comp first.

Yeah it says I don't have permission. Tried it on my friend's computer that has windows xp and it worked first try. Gonna wait for my friend to come back over and it should work.
