You gotta stop with the fake HDR stuff, man. Everybody and their mom is jumping on that fad. If you're going to do it, do it right, with either 3 exposures or a RAW image, make it subtle instead of overprocessed, you'll be more pleased with the result.

Beyond that, the shots and angles are good, and you're making good use of the lens' focal length. You could work a bit on exposure times, the pics do look darker than they should at that time of day. You have a lot of good light available to you at and right after sunset. Make use of it.

For example, this was taken probably a full hour, maybe a little more, after sunset, and I managed to get my car about as light as yours while you were past sunset by maybe 10 minutes, 15 at most:

Regardless, beyond the overprocessing, I like what I've seen so far from you, keep it up.

I'm not a big photogropher and I have a shitty old camera. This is hows it's gonna be. I could do it better but it's not like I'm all into it. I just like making decent looking pics. I haven't spent enough time on photomatix to make the pics look their best cause I'm really not that picky. And fyi it was 3 different exposures. I don't know why you think it's not..

Thanks! The rims will be going on my red talon though. So this will be on stock talon wheels black with a chrome lip. These rim's will be painted black with red lip.

Those look really good. You may only be doing this for the hell of it, but you do know how to shoot cars.

#4 is especially good, you have a great angle on both cars.

Both cars need some lowering springs!

Thanks spaz.

Kracka, the panda is bone stock other than manual swapped parts and I don't feel like dealing with alignment issues. But I do agree with you. As for the cobalt, all my friend has done is a intake from HAHN. He still has to pay off the car. lol

not bad shots. I'm diggin the HDR stuff, but the freakin Photomatix logo ruins it. lol. CLEAN 1g though man. what kinda camera are you using?

Re: Little photo shoot today (HDR pics)

Thanks. Yeah it does ruin it. But there is no way I'm gonna actually buy the software. Way too expensive.. I am using my gf's old pos camera, nothing special about it.

Same angle, just from a standing position. Might be tough on the jeep, though.

Re: Little photo shoot today (HDR pics)

The problem with doing it from a standing position or up high is because I'm taking the same pic with 3 different exposure levels. Sometimes I can't even use some of the pics cause I moved and it doesn't line up right. Unless there just happens to be something high I can climb up on I probably wont be doing any high shots. I just dont want all my pics to get boring and look the same.
