Not sure if you have gotten the turbo looked over, but you might want to disclose the bearings went out in the motor and metal might have gone through it.

I will not seperate the head or the turbo kit at this time.

Thanks James, i forgot to mention that
The turbo was in a car that spun a bearing. I have not looked at the turbo yet but there is no sign of shaft play and sprins freely.

Brian also said the head had bad valve stem seals which caused the spun bearings. I'm not trying to hate or anything but this is what I've been told.

I have rails for a honda thats it. you would need to buy some for an evo or make your stock ones work.
